Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to meet potential clients, understand their interior design requirements, and convert enquiries into successful interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete sales process from initial enquiry and client consultation to negotiation and project closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business leads through digital enquiries, walk-ins.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements, budget, preferences, and timelines.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Explain the company's interior design services, products, materials, finishes, and solutions to clients..
- Coordinate with the Design Team to develop suitable proposals based on client requirements.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with design, execution,



and management teams for smooth project handover after sales closure.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and home décor products.
- Collect client feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales pipeline and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Interior Design will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Interior Designing, Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good relationship-building ability.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
