Location : Bhiwadi Salary Range : 20K-30K

registered office in Shahdara, New Delhi, and a major manufacturing plant located in the RIICO Industrial Area,

Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record sales, purchase, and expense invoices in Busy Software.

• Pass journal, receipt, payment, and contra entries.

• Generate E-Way Bills and maintain GST-related records.

• Prepare and record credit notes and debit notes.

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform account reconciliations.

• Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

• Verify bills, invoices,



and supporting documents for accuracy.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

• Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, and Sales departments for accounting activities.

• Support monthly closing, audits, and statutory compliance.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Com/M.Com

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1. Busy Software

• 2. GST-TDS

• 3. MS Office

WORKING CONDITIONS

• 10:00 to 18:30

• Monday to Saturday
