Job Title: AGM Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM Finance & Accounts to manage and coordinate key functions across Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Treasury, Working Capital, Compliance and Internal

Controls.

The role will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, statutory compliance, effective controls and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Closing
- Manage accurate books of accounts in compliance with Indian GAAP and statutory requirements.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities.
- Monitor reconciliation of GL, bank, vendor and customer accounts.
- Drive process improvement and automation in accounting operations.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare periodic MIS including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.




- Conduct variance analysis and cost tracking.
- Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing with proper audit documentation.

Working Capital & Credit Control
- Monitor receivables, payables and inventory.
- Track ageing reports and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations teams for working capital requirements.
- Monitor bank limit utilisation and support related documentation.
- Contribute towards improving the cash conversion cycle.

Treasury & Banking
- Manage/support day-to-day treasury operations, fund transfers and banking transactions.
- Monitor CC/OD limits, LC, BG and bank renewals.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain records of borrowings, interest calculations and bank covenants.
