Performance Marketer
to manage and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor & optimize paid campaigns.
- Analyze performance, A/B test, and improve ROI & conversions.
- Manage audience targeting, remarketing & funnel strategies.
- Collaborate with creative/content teams on ad creatives and messaging.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads & Google Ads
.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS & conversion optimization.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Agency/multi-brand experience is a plus.
