Job Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can effectively manage project delivery, coordinate with technical teams, and drive issues through resolution.

The ideal candidate will be confident, highly communicative, and comfortable working in a technical environment. While deep hands-on expertise is not required, the candidate should have a good understanding of ETL, databases, APIs, integrations, and software development processes and be able to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Roles and Responsibility:
- Triage, assess, and prioritize application and technical issues.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, technical leads,



and other teams to drive issues through resolution.
- Understand issue impact, dependencies, and priority and ensure appropriate teams are engaged.
- Track issues, blockers, risks, and dependencies through closure.
- Follow up proactively with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate issue status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and overall project health using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinate project implementation, releases, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate critical issues.
- Maintain project documentation, action items, issue trackers, and status reports.
- Support continuous improvement of project and issue-management processes.
