Data Analyst – Product & Advanced Analytics

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to turn high-volume product and marketplace data into actionable insights. The role requires solid expertise in Advanced SQL, experimentation, statistical analysis, causal inference, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product, marketplace, customer, pricing, and operational data.
- Build analytical datasets using large-scale event data and distributed systems.
- Develop and maintain business metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, experiments, and causal studies.
- Perform cohort, funnel, retention, segmentation, anomaly, and elasticity analysis.
- Work with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and business teams.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills




- 5–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, BI, or related fields.
- Advanced SQL including CTEs, window functions, nested data, and query optimization.
- Strong statistical and experimentation knowledge.
- Python or R for analytics and statistical modeling.
- Experience with large-scale event data and distributed analytical systems.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have
- Presto/Trino, Apache Pinot, Apache Hudi, Spark SQL, dbt
- Tableau / Looker
- Marketplace, mobility, logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or pricing experience.
- Geospatial analytics / H3 or S2
- Metric stores, semantic layers, experimentation platforms, or analytical observability.

Experience:
- Data analytics: 5 years (Required)
