Description
Burns & McDonnell India has an exciting opportunity for Senior Architect interested in growing their career in an organization involved in high-tech building design and construction. The Bengaluru office is looking for an experienced candidate to join the architectural department of our Global Facilities Global Practice to lead and support architectural design activities on projects mainly based in the USA. This position is responsible for providing a full range of architectural design services on various facility projects including but not limited to Data Centers, Manufacturing facilities for Food/Beverages/Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace hangars and Commercial Buildings.

The candidate must demonstrate independent decision-making skills in production of construction deliverables and project execution by coordinating with consultants or client(s). The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager/Department Manager and will have the chance to lead and grow the architectural team, while supporting projects with multiple business verticals listed above.





Responsibilities
: The Architect will manage project teams of architects and designers to create world class design on a variety of projects from concept design through completion of construction and construction administration. Specific areas of responsibility include the following:
- Work with Operations Manager/Department Manager to grow and lead a team that will handle architectural design and/or construction administrative activities for projects related to multiple business verticals as needed. 2.Manage project teams and work on a variety of projects from conceptual design through construction administration by coordinating closely with the US client facing team. 3.Develop, modify, and review production drawings on projects. 4.Prepare client presentations, review shop drawings, and support other construction administration activities. 5.Build effective relationships with existing client
