We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Entertainment & Events

Just Make Stories (JMS) is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our founding team in Delhi NCR.

We are building Just Make Stories with a simple vision:

To become one of India’s most reliable entertainment companies.

We work across premium weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, artist management and curated musical experiences.

What you’ll do
- Handle incoming leads from Meta, Instagram, referrals and other channels Make outbound calls and qualify potential clients Understand client requirements and recommend suitable entertainment solutions Schedule client meetings and assist in proposal follow-ups Maintain and update our CRM Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, corporates and event professionals Follow up consistently until closure Work closely with the MD on high-value opportunities Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

What we’re looking for




- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development preferred Experience in events, weddings, hospitality, media, advertising or B2B sales is a plus Excellent Hindi & English communication Confident on phone and in face-to-face meetings Robust persuasion and negotiation skills Excellent follow-up discipline Comfortable speaking with premium/HNI clients Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM Strong hunger to learn, perform and grow

Most importantly: We are looking for someone who knows how to SELL, not someone who simply answers enquiries.

Delhi NCR | On-site

Compensation

₹18,000–₹22,000/month + performance incentives

This is an early-stage team, so the right person will have an opportunity to grow with the company and take on significant responsibility.
