About the Role

This is a high-ownership, senior leadership role and it goes far beyond HR policies and compliance.

We’re looking for someone who understands both people and business and can build strong teams, scalable HR systems, and a high-performance culture.





Recruitment and Talent Acquisition will be a significant part of this role. You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, strengthen recruitment processes, and ensure we bring the right people into the organization.

You will be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
— hiring strategy, senior hiring, workforce planning, talent pipelines and recruitment systems

HR Strategy & People Operations
— building scalable HR frameworks and employee lifecycle processes

Performance Management
— KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, feedback systems and performance improvement

Employee Relations & Culture
— employee engagement, grievance handling, conflict resolution and workplace culture

Talent Management
— retention, succession planning, career development and leadership pipelines

Organizational Development
— team structures, workforce planning and org
