Role Summary - We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across the Prompt Group's diverse industrial portfolio. This role involves spearheading business development for our key divisions:Prompt DairyTech(dairy automation and equipment),Prompt WeighPack(industrial weighing and packaging systems),Prompt Software Solutions, andPrompt Innovations(sustainable chilling solutions). You will lead complex sales cycles, engage with senior decision-makers in the dairy, manufacturing, and food processing sectors, and close strategic deals for capital equipment and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

*Business Development & Pipeline Management*
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, events, and references.
- Identify new verticals and segments for the adoption of Prompts products and solutions.





*Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Selling*
- Engage with CXOs and other stakeholders/influencers to understand their operational challenges and digital transformation needs.
- Understand customer business processes and propose suitable solutions, ranging from dairy farm management and milk collection systems to industrial weighing, bagging, and packaging lines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions.

*Sales Execution & Coordination*
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and project handover.
- Work closely with sales, product, and relevant internal teams to prepare proposals.
- Coordinate technical documentation and solution proposals for large-scale industrial projects.

*Market & CRM Discipline*
- Track competitor positioning and market trends in the dairy, non-dairy, and industrial automation space.
