Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage organic social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, maintain, and execute monthly organic social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and short-form organic content aligned with brand guidelines.





Content Creation & Brand Management
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social media channels.
- Adapt messaging to resonate with different audience segments through organic reach and engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track, analyze, and report on organic social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and follower acquisition.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize organic content and performance.

Market Awareness & Optimization
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and platform updates relevant to organic growth.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging organic formats to enhance social media effectiveness.
