Experience:
5+ years overall | 2–3+ years in BMC Discovery (ADDM)

Key Requirements:
- Hands-on
BMC Discovery / ADDM




experience
- Blueprint design and maintenance
- Discovery pattern customization
- Infrastructure/application dependency mapping
- Discovery data quality and CMDB integration
- Hybrid/cloud and on-prem discovery experience
- Upgrade, patching, and version compatibility experience
- Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of
Discovery → CMDB → AIOps → ITSM
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Positive to have:
BMC Helix AIOps, ITSM/ITIL, service modeling, leadership and mentoring experience.

2️⃣ BMC Helix CMDB Specialist — 2 Positions

Experience:
5+ years in ITSM/Configuration Management with dedicated CMDB ownership

Key Requirements:
