- P&L;, revenue, margins & pricing
- Business growth & acquisition of MNC/RMC/corporate accounts
- Corporate client & stakeholder management
- Multi-location operations & service excellence
- Managing relationships with hotels and accommodation providers across India.
- Commercial negotiations & strategic partnerships
- Technology, MIS & process improvement
- Team & leadership development
Ideal candidate:
- 12- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Background in Temporary Accommodation / Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartments / Hospitality / Corporate Travel / Global Mobility / Relocation
- Solid P&L;, commercial, business growth and operational leadership experience
- Proven experience with MNC/corporate clients and multi-location operations
