About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Sales Manager
with 8+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in
bakery equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, food processing equipment or food manufacturing equipment
.

The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with
bakery owners, sweet shops, confectionery manufacturers, bakery chains, food production units, QSRs, hotels and institutional kitchens
, particularly for
CAPEX and project-based equipment purchases
.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage existing key accounts in the
bakery, sweets, confectionery and food manufacturing sectors
.
- Generate and close
CAPEX/project sales
for bakery and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Meet bakery owners, promoters, purchase heads, production heads, consultants and project teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
equipment and complete solutions
.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from




lead generation and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and order closure
.
- Develop relationships with bakery chains, sweet manufacturers, food factories, QSRs, hotels and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and customer relationships.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production and project teams for successful execution of orders.
- Travel for customer meetings and project visits whenever required.

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience
.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in
bakery equipment / bakery machinery / commercial kitchen equipment / food processing equipment
.
- Must have experience selling to businesses making
CAPEX investments
.
- Experience with
bakery, sweets, confectionery or food manufacturing customers
will be highly preferred.
- Solid business development, negotiation and relationship-management skills
