The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, communication, and client-handling skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple international clients remotely.

Client Handling




- Manage client relationships professionally and maintain robust client satisfaction.
- Handle multiple international clients simultaneously.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely task completion.

Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation, presentations, market research, and reporting.
- Perform data entry, data management, CRM updates, and customer support tasks.
- Maintain customer records and support project-related activities.
- Assist with lead generation and coordination tasks based on client requirements.

Project Management
- Utilize tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project to track and manage tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
