About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Sales Lead to own the B2B sales function end-to-end — from qualified discovery through product demos, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

This is not a purely managerial role. The Sales Lead will personally handle sales conversations, close early accounts, and guide the BDE in building a robust and qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete B2B sales pipeline from qualified opportunity to closure.
- Conduct discovery calls with founders and senior decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and potential use cases.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare and discuss proposals, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Lead negotiations and structure suitable pilot engagements.
- Convert successful pilots into paying customers.




- Identify expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Guide and review the BDE's prospect targeting, outreach, and lead quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales stage, next action, follow-up dates, and win/loss reasons.
- Share customer and market insights with Product and Operations teams, including objections, pricing feedback, and adoption barriers.
- Maintain a realistic sales forecast and provide regular pipeline updates.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, creator-tech, agency software, or a similar technology-focused environment is preferred.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle — discovery to close.
- Strong consultative selling approach.
- Experience selling directly to founders, senior executives, or other decision-makers.
- Strong skills in discovery, product demonstrations, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
