About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Contract Staffing to drive new business opportunities and client acquisition in the domestic market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, generating staffing requirements, negotiating commercials, and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for contract staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, references, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable contract staffing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings,



presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercials and contracts and drive successful closures.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Track business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition / B2B Sales.
- Robust experience in Contract Staffing, Recruitment Services, Staffing Services, or Manpower Services.
- Good understanding of the Indian/domestic staffing market.
- Strong experience in current client acquisition and lead generation.
