Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage school accounts, fee records, and reconciliations
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and audit reports
- Handle payroll, taxation, and statutory compliances
- Coordinate with external auditors and banks
- Support management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in an educational institution)
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
