Job Description

Athenian Professional is looking for a strong Franchise Sales Manager / Business Development Manager who can sell franchises of our brand and help expand the business across India and international markets.

The candidate will receive a fixed salary plus performance-based commission according to the assigned monthly franchise sales target.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage franchise leads.
- Speak with investors and potential franchise partners.
- Present the Athenian Skilled franchise business opportunity.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and presentations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful franchise sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly franchise sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.
- Negotiate and close franchise deals.
- Identify new cities,



states and countries for business expansion.
- Help grow the Athenian Professional brand nationally and internationally.
- Maintain proper daily follow-up and franchise sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in dealing with investors and business owners.
- Strong follow-up and deal-closing ability.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Franchise sales/business development experience will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Plus attractive commission on every successful franchise sale.

High-performing candidates can earn significantly more through franchise sales commissions.
