Job Description Key Account Manager - Payroll operations

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA
Experience: 6–8 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Payroll (Key Account Manager) to manage key client accounts, ensure accurate payroll and onboarding delivery, and build long-term client relationships while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, onboarding, and service-related queries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and seamless employee onboarding.
- Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and recruitment teams for service delivery.
- Resolve client issues proactively and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor account performance and share regular reports and insights.
- Stay updated with labour laws, payroll regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure timely invoicing,



payment follow-ups, and billing reconciliation.

Skills & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in payroll operations and/or key account management.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee onboarding.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
