HR Executive
who is ready to take ownership of
HR Operations

Recruitment

Employee Lifecycle Management,

Compliance
.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who has moved beyond a recruitment-only profile and is confident in handling the complete employee lifecycle and maintaining structured HR processes.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions

• Handle complete employee onboarding & offboarding

• Maintain employee records, HR files, HRMS data, and HR MIS

• Maintain documentation related to EPFO/PF, ESIC, Professional Tax & labour laws

• Coordinate with payroll teams and statutory consultants

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs in HRMS software

• Support HR policies, employee queries and performance processes





• Ensure HR documentation is accurate, updated and audit-ready

? What We’re Looking Fo
r

✔️ 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles

✔️ Solid hands-on recruitment experience

✔️ Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory HR documentation

✔️ Experience managing onboarding and offboarding

✔️ Strong documentation and record-management skills

✔️ Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & HRMS

✔️ Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and take ownership

Pay
: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
