Role

Singh Erectors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
Boiler Erection & Construction Manager
to lead the technical execution of the complete boiler erection package at NTPC Nabinagar Stage-II.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of
Boiler Structures, Ceiling Girders, Pressure Parts, Integral Piping and associated Non-Pressure Parts
.
- Plan erection sequence, work fronts, manpower, cranes and equipment.
- Coordinate heavy lifting and critical erection activities.
- Review engineering drawings and resolve site execution/fit-up issues.
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly erection targets.
- Monitor
MT/day, MD/MT and manpower productivity
.
- Coordinate with EPC/Client engineering, QA/QC and HSE teams.
- Lead supervisors, fitters, riggers, welders and erection crews.
- Identify execution constraints and implement recovery measures.
- Submit regular progress and productivity reports to management.

Candidate Profile




- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–18 years of relevant boiler erection experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in 660 MW / 800 MW utility boiler projects
preferred.
- Must have practical exposure to
boiler structure, ceiling girders, pressure parts and integral piping
.
- Strong drawing-reading and erection-planning capability.
- Good understanding of
productivity, manpower and crane planning
.
- Experience with major power/EPC projects such as
NTPC, BHEL, L&T;, ISGEC or similar
preferred.

Important

This is a
hands-on technical construction leadership role
. We are looking for a professional who can independently plan and drive boiler erection execution and productivity on site, rather than a general manpower supervisor.

Compensation

₹15–20 LPA CTC
, depending on experience and capability, plus applicable site benefits.
