Position: Area Sales Executive (Haryana)

Location: Hisar

Business: ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, India, Yale Retail

Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Position Summary

ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Sales Executive – Yale based out of Hisar, responsible to generate business as below.

Roles & Responsibility
- Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan.
- Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance.
- Will be able to handle and motivate distributor and dealer team.
- Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
- Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
- Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
- Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
- Responsible for Primary/secondary sales
- Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal Manager for forecasts and budgeting

Skills and Knowledge:
- Have functional knowledge of retail business in building material industry

- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Should be responsive, organized and energetic
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
- Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved
- Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time
- Proficiency in MS excel and power point

Qualification Criteria:
- Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
- 3-5 years previous total experience in retail sales, Hardware Industry.
