About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Director / Visualiser who can transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to develop concepts from initial ideas to final execution.

Key Responsibilities ∙Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, branding, social media, digital and print creatives. ∙

Create mood boards, layouts, storyboards and visual references for projects. ∙

Work closely with the creative, marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual communication.

Translate briefs into strong and relevant visual concepts. ∙

Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colour, composition and overall design aesthetics.

∙Create presentations and visual proposals for internal and client requirements. ∙Coordinate with clients, photographers, vendors and other creative professionals when required. ∙

Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles,



creative innovations & generate AI Tools ∙

Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills ∙Strong conceptualisation and visualisation skills. ∙Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.

∙Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

∙Knowledge of Figma and other design tools will be an added advantage.

∙Good presentation and communication skills.

∙Ability to understand creative briefs and execute ideas independently. ∙Robust attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Qualification ∙Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field. ∙A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and visual work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
