About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Video Editor who can independently take projects from raw footage to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music, sound, colour, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

The role will involve editing government films, documentaries, corporate films, TVCs, promotional videos, social media content, and other digital projects .

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into engaging, polished, and high-quality videos.
- Create impactful edits for documentaries, ad films, corporate films, government campaigns,



and digital content.
- Develop strong narratives through effective pacing, sequencing, and visual flow.
- Prepare rough cuts, fine cuts, and final edits as per project Requirements.

Creative Storytelling
- Translate scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Work closely with directors and creative teams to execute the desired creative vision.
- Suggest creative approaches and editing techniques to improve the overall narrative.
Audio & Visual Enhancement
- Sync footage with dialogues, voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Add appropriate transitions, graphics, motion elements, and visual effects.
- Perform basic colour correction and visual enhancement.
- Maintain clean, balanced, and consistent audio throughout the video.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Coordinate with directors, scriptwriters, cinematographers, and production teams.
