- Manage overall plant operations and daily production activities.
- Plan production, manpower, machines, and materials as per customer requirements.
- Handle Rubber-to-Metal Bonding, Moulding, Vulcanization, and Finishing processes.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, rejection, rework, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
- Handle RDSO requirements, inspections, approvals, and documentation.
- Manage plant manpower, discipline, productivity, and team performance.
- Resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly production and operations reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, SOP, 5S, IRIS/ISO and customer requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
