Job Description – Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage dealer relationships and support channel partner onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Call real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants from the company's existing database.
- Introduce the company and explain the collaboration process and its benefits.
- Share the Collaboration Form and company profile with interested dealers via WhatsApp or email.
- Follow up with dealers until the collaboration process is completed.
- Update call details, dealer information, and follow-up status in CRM software.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and internet research.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry is preferred.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/Marketing background is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, sales coordination, or the real estate industry.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with telephonic communication, dealer coordination, and occasional field visits.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi or any other regional language will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
