Job Description – Cutting Supervisor

Location: Kesinga, Odisha – Cashew Factory
Salary: ₹25,000 - 35,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the cashew cutting/processing operations.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Manage and guide workers/operators working in the cutting section.
- Ensure proper machine operation and minimize production wastage.
- Monitor the quality of processed cashews and ensure compliance with factory standards.
- Allocate work and manage manpower effectively.
- Maintain production records and provide daily updates to management.
- Coordinate with grading, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures are followed.




- Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cutting Supervisor in a cashew processing factory is preferred.
- Experience in supervising manpower and production operations.
- Good knowledge of cashew processing and cutting operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and workers effectively.
