Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager – Facility Management to oversee operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in facility management, team leadership, client coordination, and multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage facility management operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and delivery of services as per client requirements and company standards.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate teams deployed across different sites.
- Plan manpower requirements, staff deployment, shifts, and duty schedules.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, grooming, and service quality.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure operational standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, resolve concerns, and maintain solid relationships.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, support services,



and other facility-related operations as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and review operational reports, site performance reports, and manpower reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor manpower costs, consumables, and operational expenses.
- Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and team members.
- Train and develop supervisors and other operational staff.
- Support business expansion, new site mobilization, and client onboarding when required.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality across all sites.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Facility Management or a related service industry.
- Experience handling multiple sites
