Role Overview

We are looking for a Trainer & Training Coordinator who can effectively deliver training programs while also managing the end-to-end coordination and administration of learning initiatives.

The role requires a combination of robust facilitation skills, learner engagement, program coordination, stakeholder management and MIS/reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver classroom learning programs for employees across levels.
- Facilitate behavioural, functional, product/process and soft-skills training as required.

2. Training Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programs, including nominations, calendars, venues, virtual links, training materials and attendance.
- Coordinate with trainers, business stakeholders, HR teams and external training partners.
- Ensure timely communication of training schedules and joining instructions to participants.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure smooth execution of planned programs.
- Track participant attendance,



completion and certification requirements.

3. Learning Administration & MIS
- Maintain accurate training records and learning databases.
- Prepare regular training MIS and dashboards covering participation, completion, attendance and program effectiveness.
- Track learning hours, coverage and other L&D; metrics.
- Support LMS administration, including uploading programs/content, managing nominations and generating reports.
- Maintain training documentation, feedback records and compliance-related learning data.

4. Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyse participant feedback and identify improvement areas.
- Support assessment of training effectiveness through quizzes, assessments, knowledge checks and feedback mechanisms.
