Role & responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications by applying UX best practices, information architecture (IA), and up-to-date UI design principles.
- Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems in Figma, including reusable components, design tokens, and comprehensive documentation to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences and visually appealing designs.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups while validating design decisions through user feedback and usability considerations.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
- Support engineering teams during implementation by providing design specifications, reviewing UI quality, and resolving design-related queries.




- Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing feedback, identifying usability issues, and recommending design enhancements aligned with business goals.
- Design visual assets such as icons, banners, posters, infographics, and other graphics as needed.

Preferred candidate profile
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design.
- Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
- Ability to create clean, scalable, and consistent UI designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with product and engineering teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design systems.
- Must have clear understanding of IA.
- Nice to have expertise in Adobe Suite (Graphics tools).
