Role & responsibilities
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain semantic data models, implement KPIs using DAX, and ensure data accuracy and report performance.
- Evaluate existing reports and data models, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance performance and usability.
- Improve and automate existing manual reporting and analysis processes.
- Work with management and business stakeholders to understand and prioritize reporting needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure reports align with enterprise data models and data sources.




- Work with large and complex datasets from modern data platforms such as Databricks or lakehouse architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers).
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data accessibility.
- Help mentor junior team members on reporting standards and development practices.
- Support project planning and delivery of BI solutions.

Eligibility

Required
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report and dashboard development
- Experience building data models and DAX calculations
- Solid Microsoft SQL skills

Desired
- Experience working with Databricks or other data lake / lakehouse platforms
- Python experience for data analysis or automation
