- Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production plan and target.
- Supervise and control motor winding, coil preparation, coil insertion, connection, insulation and related winding processes.
- Ensure proper utilization of winding machines, tools, fixtures and other production equipment.
- Monitor production quantity, rejection, rework and productivity on a daily basis.
- Ensure winding parameters and processes are followed as per approved SOP, Work Instructions and process standards.
- Maintain required quality standards for winding, connection, insulation and finished motor components.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other Production departments for smooth production flow.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements and operator skill levels.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Monitor machine downtime and coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely resolution.




- Ensure proper material availability such as winding wire, insulation material, sleeves, leads and other consumables.
- Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports, downtime records and other departmental MIS.
- Conduct on-job training and skill development of operators and helpers.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety practices, housekeeping and discipline in the winding area.
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, cost reduction and process optimization initiatives.
- Analyze production losses and take corrective/preventive actions to achieve departmental targets.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of production batches and materials.
- Coordinate with Quality/QC for inspection and resolution of winding-related quality issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
