2 CAD preparation, 3 D annotation, TPL creation, DML releases 3 DCR creation along with change part list 4 Benchmarking Tear-down 5 Cost reduction cost management 6 Added advantage if having Mold flow experience 7 Must have worked on Mounting startegy , master sections , packaging feasibility , Manufacturing Assembly feasibility of Interior Trims parts 8 Product design, freezing layout packaging 9 Release RFQ, with technical inputs product characteristics 10 Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis 11 Interaction with various department Preparation of Design Guidelines 12 DML release through PLM TCE TCUA 13 Line tryouts of proposals to address issues in current upcoming programs
