Responsible for operating Slitting Machines effectively, efficiently and ensure meeting the production targets. 1)Ensure meeting Daily Production Targets. 2)Set and Maintain machine parameter like pressure, tension etc. 3)Operate automatic controls of machine. 4) Produce Quality Rolls safely and efficiently, reload cores etc. 5)Maintain proper labelling on slitted Rolls. 6)Unload finished slit rolls and place finished rolls on pallets. 7)Troubleshooting of slitting/doctoring/inspection related issues. 8)Defect tagging and minimize machine stoppage and breakdown. 9)Prepare all log sheet and production related reports. 10)Maintain proper cleaning and housekeeping of machine and surrounding area. 11)Ensure active participation in plant safety, LEAN Six Sigma initiative and related activities. 12)Any other related tasks as assigned by reporting Authority.
