We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team in Pune.

? Location: Pune

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA

? Role: QA Lead – Workday Testing

? Key Skills Required:

* Robust hands-on experience in Workday HCM Testing

* Experience with Kainos Smart Test Automation

* Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Talent & Time Tracking

* Functional, SIT, UAT, Integration, E2E & Regression Testing

* Test Planning, Test Strategy & Test Case Design

* Defect Management – JIRA or equivalent

* Workday Integration & API Testing exposure

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

⭐ Preferred:

* Workday Certification





* Banking / Financial Services domain experience

* Experience in Workday implementation or transformation projects
