Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and registered members.
- Handle inbound calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
- Understand customers' matrimonial preferences, expectations, and requirements.
- Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, packages, and features.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain solid customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
- Assist customers with profile registration, verification, and relevant matrimonial services.
- Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the profile/relationship management team when required.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and matrimonial profile information.

Requirements

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
