Responsibilities -

1. Own assigned customer accounts and manage outstanding payments end-to-end.
2. Conduct soft collections through calls and emails while maintaining a positive customer experience.
3. Follow up on overdue invoices, explain charges and resolve discrepancies.
4. Handle inbound/outbound payment queries, disputes and customer objections.
5. Drive DSO reduction through effective follow-ups and promise-to-pay tracking.
6. Prepare basic Excel reports using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
7. Demonstrate strong negotiation,



follow-up and qualified email communication skills.

Requirements -

1. 37 years of overall experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C Collections, Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash.
3. Deep BFSI domain experience is mandatory.
4. Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
5. Strong negotiation, objection handling, analytical and customer service skills.
6. Good working knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
7. Comfortable working from office and handling rotational/night shifts.
