Join a 30-Year-Established Logistics & Freight Forwarding Company

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freight Forwarding Manager to lead and grow our freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations, including import and export shipments.
- Handle air and sea freight operations and coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, customs brokers, and transporters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, and logistics partners.
- Manage quotations, freight rates, documentation, shipment tracking, and operational coordination.
- Lead the freight forwarding team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue and customer growth.
- Monitor profitability, costs, service quality, and operational performance.
- Resolve customer and shipment-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with applicable shipping, customs, and documentation requirements.

Candidate Profile




- Experience: 4 TO 7+ years in freight forwarding/logistics, with relevant managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- Positive understanding of sea freight, air freight, import/export documentation, and customs processes.
- Proven ability to manage a team and handle key customer accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Existing industry relationships/network will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently manage and develop the freight forwarding vertical are preferred.
