Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive with good knowledge of the advertising and media industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring current clients, generating business from companies and agencies, understanding their advertising requirements and converting them into paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and approach potential corporate clients, brands, retailers and agencies.
- Generate new business opportunities for Hoardings, OOH Advertising, Newspaper Ads, Radio Ads, Digital Marketing and other media services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client marketing requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations and negotiate with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop a strong network among local businesses, companies, marketing teams and advertising agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client campaigns.
- Track sales pipeline,



client meetings, follow-ups and revenue generation.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Advertising, Media Sales, OOH/Outdoor Advertising, Digital Marketing or related fields.
- Good understanding of advertising platforms and media planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Existing corporate/business contacts in Raipur will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
