Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, ETL, data warehousing, reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare data and be able to translate business requirements into meaningful insights, reports, and analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex T-SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Perform advanced ETL development, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Monitor database and query performance and improve efficiency through query optimization and indexing.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar tools.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical data solutions.
- Support data warehouse development and work with Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Compile, analyze,



and present data to support business and healthcare-related decision-making.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

Required Skills
- 25.5 years of experience in Data Analytics / SQL / Business Intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Expertise in complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, and stored procedures.
- Experience with ETL development and data transformation.
- Solid understanding of query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Good knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
- Experience with Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Advanced Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
