Title: Defense & Industrial Drone Pilot

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilites:
- Operate UAVs/drones for
defense, surveillance, inspection, mapping, and industrial missions
.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, flight operations, and post-flight activities.
- Operate payloads such as
EO/IR, thermal cameras, LiDAR, and other sensors
.
- Monitor flight parameters, battery, GPS, telemetry, and overall UAV health.
- Follow
DGCA regulations, airspace requirements, and company safety procedures
.
- Maintain flight logs, mission reports, and equipment records.
- Troubleshoot basic UAV, communication, navigation, and payload issues.
- Support UAV testing, demonstrations, field trials, and deployment activities.
- Travel to project and field locations as required.

Requirements:




- 2+ years of hands-on UAV/Drone Pilot experience
.
- Valid
DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC)
or applicable certification.
- Experience with
multirotor/fixed-wing/VTOL UAVs
is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAV flight operations, GCS, mission planning, and safety procedures.
- Experience with defense, surveillance, or industrial drone operations is an advantage.
- Positive communication, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in field environments and travel as required.
