About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive/Senior Executive to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives for our EdTech programs, courses, webinars, and educator-training offerings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, social media, and campaign management. Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
● Drive qualified leads for courses, webinars, workshops, and EdTech programs.
● Manage campaign budgets, CPL,



conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
● Create and optimize landing pages for lead-generation campaigns.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
● Manage social media campaigns and paid promotions.
● Coordinate with content/design teams for creatives, ad copies, videos, and promotional content.
● Manage leads through CRM/lead management systems and coordinate with the sales team.
● Track marketing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversions.
● Prepare regular campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
● Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes. Required Skills
