Role & responsibilities
- Hands-on maintenance: 810 years of crane maintenance experience in the electrical stream.
- Electrical Knowledge : Skilled in electrical related issues like wiring trouble shooting, Current collector settings and repl
- Mechanical knowledge: Skilled in brake settings, wire rope and guide replacement, and mechanical adjustments.
- Team leadership: Supervise a team of 10 members, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Height work: Capable of working at maximum heights up to 35 meters.
- Preventive maintenance: Plan and execute PM activities to minimize breakdowns.
- Breakdown handling: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical/mechanical failures promptly.
- VFD programming: Expertise in Yaskawa & ABB VFD programming.
- Safety compliance: Ensure adherence to crane safety norms, sensor connections, alarm systems, and limit switches.
- Spare parts management:



Identify required spares and inform for arrangement
- Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, PM schedules, breakdown reports, and compliance.
- Customer communication: Provide clear updates and maintain skilled interaction with customers.
- Flexibility: Willingness to stay extra hours during breakdowns or PM activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of cranes.
- Proven supervisory and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
- Experience with double girder cranes maximum 35ton capacity.
- Medically fit: No issues related to height phobia or blood pressure.
