Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads through
cold calling, email, networking, and other business development channels
.

● Identify and develop current business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.

● Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.

● Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

● Achieve
monthly sales targets
.

● Maintain and regularly update lead.





● Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert qualified leads into customers.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

● Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales pipeline, and business development activities.

Required Skills

● Minimum
1 year of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

● Good understanding of the sales process and lead generation.

● Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.

● Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

● Basic knowledge of
MS Office and CRM tools

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
