Role & responsibilities
- Identify new franchise opportunities and support franchise appointments/renewals.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and regularly monitor performance.
- Support franchisees with sales, leads, technical, design, installation, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate product, design, sales, brand, and technical training for franchise teams.
- Coordinate project requirements, designs, quotations, and quotation follow-ups.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with Accounts, Production, Design, and other teams.
- Follow up on payments and ensure orders are released as per company terms.
Handle franchise/customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution
