Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the end-to-end business development cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms,



and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to ensure service delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic account management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and qualification of potential clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
