Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of recent welding processes and procedures for stainless steel products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct heat treatment operations such as annealing, normalizing, and tempering to achieve desired properties in stainless steel materials.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to welding procedures, work instructions, and test plans.
Job Requirements :
- 14-25 years of experience in Welding Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) techniques on stainless steel materials.
- Experience with heat treatment operations including annealing, normalizing, tempering processes.
