About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our
Founder’s Office – Growth
team.

This is a high-ownership role working closely with the founders and leadership team on initiatives directly connected to company growth. The role will span market research, partnerships, business development, new opportunities, strategic initiatives, and execution.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving open-ended problems and wants exposure to how a growing technology business makes and executes strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on strategic growth initiatives.
- Research new markets, industries, partnerships, services, and business opportunities.
- Support business development and partnership initiatives.
- Conduct competitor, market, and industry research.
- Identify potential growth channels and evaluate their business impact.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and expansion strategies.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
- Track growth initiatives, opportunities,



and key business metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, delivery, finance, and other teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Assist leadership with data-driven analysis and decision-making.
- Take ownership of special projects from ideation through execution.
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive initiatives without requiring constant supervision.
