Position : Business Development Executive – Expo & Exhibitions
Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support business promotion, exhibitor engagement, stall sales, visitor interaction, and networking activities for the Warangal Business & Startups Expo 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential exhibitors, startups, businesses, and corporate clients.
Promote exhibition stalls, event participation, and branding opportunities.
Explain stall specifications, facilities, promotional benefits, and event packages to prospective clients.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and direct visits.
Maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and business owners.
Coordinate with clients regarding banners, brochures, visiting cards, demo products, merchandise, and promotional materials.




Support exhibitors during the event and ensure smooth stall setup and coordination.
Attend meetings and networking sessions with business owners and startups.
Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.
Maintain daily follow-up and sales reports.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Events, Exhibitions, or Marketing.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Comfortable interacting with business owners, startups, and corporate representatives.
